Not very many :) It's fairly normal for smaller sites such as this to struggle to get people to sign up, after all there are a lot of websites out there and people don't really like signing up unless they really need it. It'll probably go up a bit once our next sponsored games are relased (one should be within the next week or so) although that depends how successful they are!
