I generally get them from the MochiAds feed and from FlashGameDistribution.com - I also look on newgrounds from time to time, and other sites if I've got time :) Suggestions via the forums and emails are possible. The biggest problem is making icons if they're not in a standardised feed :)
In the short term I'll probably have a suggestions page that asks for locations of games on other sites, but doesnt allow you to upload. In the long run I may have allow upload on the suggestion page too, but one of the problems is storage - I don't really have the bandwidth, disk space or income to economically store and serve a 5mb game.
